AI Implementation & Intelligent Automation Solutions

The To‑Be model consolidates the 146 services into unified, AI‑powered categories, enabling automatic classification, legal validation, fraud detection, and routing. AI extracts obligations, verifies authenticity, and initiates enforcement instantly for low‑risk cases. Redundants are merged, paper formats are replaced with digital equivalents, and platform integrations allow automatic data retrieval. The outcome is a streamlined, intelligent, and scalable enforcement ecosystem that delivers faster processing, higher accuracy, reduced manual workload, and a seamless digital experience aligned with Najiz’s national transformation goals.

Designed and shipped an AI workflow that automates invoice validation, compliance checks, and 3-way matching, now running in production. Accuracy moved from just over 60% to 98.9%, not by swapping in a bigger model but by diagnosing the recurring error patterns behind the failures and engineering targeted filters against them. Results were validated on a 2,000-invoice set deliberately weighted with 400+ negative samples (~20% of cases), so the number reflects behaviour on the hard documents, not just the clean ones.

Reaching 97.17% Recall, 97.17% Precision, 97.17% F1 score, 99.94% accuracy (tuned to break-even point) Production for the first month's accuracy 99.9%, 3 missed frauds out of 40K correct Transaction, and 180 frauds detected
