Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Multiverse Ltd. website (multiversemena.com). Specific software engineering, AI implementation, team extension, and Academy engagements are governed by separate written Master Services Agreements (MSAs) or Statements of Work (SOWs).
1. Website Use & Content
All copy, brand marks, visual assets, and case-study materials published on multiversemena.com are the property of Multiverse Ltd. or their respective client trademark holders and are provided for informational purposes. You may not reproduce, scrape, or redistribute site materials for commercial solicitation without prior written consent.
2. Consultations & Proposals
Submitting a consultation form or booking a discovery call does not create a binding commercial obligation for either party. Project scope, timelines, deliverables, service levels, and fees (whether quoted in EGP, SAR, AED, or USD) take effect only upon execution of a formal Statement of Work signed by both parties.
3. Intellectual Property in Client Projects
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in a written contract, custom software source code, schemas, and project-specific documentation engineered for a client transfer to the client upon settlement of the agreed milestone payments.
4. Accuracy & Limitation of Liability
While we strive to keep all service descriptions and case-study metrics accurate and current, website content is provided "as is" without warranties of completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Multiverse Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this public website.
5. Governing Law & Enquiries
Disputes relating to the use of this website are governed by the applicable laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, unless superseded by the jurisdiction specified in a signed client agreement.
