Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

When you submit a consultation request, message our team, or apply to Multiverse Academy, we collect the contact and project details you choose to provide — such as your full name, company name, work email address, phone or WhatsApp number, project type, and project brief.

We also collect standard technical telemetry (such as browser type, anonymized IP region, device viewport, and page interactions) through analytics tools configured on our platform to measure site performance and improve user experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit strictly to review your enquiry, schedule and conduct requested consultations, prepare commercial or technical proposals, deliver contracted engineering or training services, and maintain security across our systems.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal contact details or confidential project briefs to third parties.

3. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

Project briefs shared via our consultation forms are accessible only to authorized Multiverse engineering, product, and client-engagement leads. Where sensitive workflows or proprietary architectures are involved, we execute a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to detailed discovery.

4. Data Security & Retention

We apply encrypted transport (TLS/HTTPS), role-based access controls, and secure cloud database infrastructure to safeguard submitted records. Enquiry data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill business communications, contractual obligations, or applicable legal requirements.

5. Your Rights & Contact

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal contact details from our CRM records at any time by emailing our team directly.
